Daphnae’s painting “By the World’s Great Flood” will be included in one of the longest running Biennials in the country. This exhibition features a wide range of artwork produced within the last five years from artists residing in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Michigan, and Ontario, Canada.
The Exhibition was curated by Wendy lee Savage, who is an enrolled member of the Minnesota Chippewa Nation, Lake Superior Band, and Fond du Lac Reservation. She is a multicultural educator, consultant, independent curator of the arts, and an artist of the Ojibway culture of the region. She has served as an art consultant to Duluth Children’s Museum, DAI, and Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College, and as an independent curator in the Duluth area.

Join the Follow the Muse Gallery for a special unveiling and Artist Talk by mixed-media Marc Clements. Marc has been working all summer on a new set of Playing Card Collage in Resin pieces - and these are unlike anything he has done previously. At 30 x 48 inches, they have a dramatic presence and stature that takes this work to a new and exciting level.
Marc will be in the gallery from 4-8 pm to talk about his work, and will be offering a brief Artist Talk at 7pm.
