Art in the Time of Corona

It's a strange and unsettling time, with social distancing and stay at home orders enacted and extended. The time away from my Craniosacral therapy practice is a luxury, but it’s also unstructured as I drift through my days. I find myself flitting from one thing to the next, never feeling like I have completed or accomplished anything, constantly looking for the next thing I should be doing.

I'm thinking what I actually should be doing is sinking in, going deep, to a place where my calm is unruffled and I am always truly okay.

Things they don't tell you about being an artist - the depth you can achieve in the artmaking process will carry you through a pandemic…
