Art in the Time of Corona - One of Those Days

There were nine pages of obituaries in the paper today.

And it's a beautiful, sunny day and my world has grown small and close to home - but I have not yet lost a close friend or family member to this pandemic.

And yet - Nine pages of names, some pictures, descriptions of lives lived and now cut short.

Some days I don't quite know how to carry the beauty and the heartache all at the same time.

This is one of those days...
